The successful candidate will perform load rating calculations on bridges and culverts, ensure compliance with AASHTO and NYSDOT standards, conduct capacity and demand analysis for structures, prepare and review calculations and reports, design and detail structural repair components, and develop construction cost estimates and specifications. The role requires applying engineering principles with limited supervision.
$40.00-$55.00/hour, depending on experience, education, and certifications.
This role may be hybrid, with remote work several days a week depending on experience and team needs. Office work is primarily sedentary, with occasional fieldwork in various weather conditions, and may include lifting up to 25 lbs.
