Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Live Haul Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Anniston, AL. Help manage day-to-day operations, train staff, and supervise live haul drivers to ensure safety and welfare policies are followed.

You will support DOT compliance, monitor equipment like Drive-Cam, and respond to hauling issues. CDL is required or must be obtained within one year.

Formación

• Supervisory experience required; leadership of field crews.
• Experience training employees and enforcing welfare policies.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety programs.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• CDL license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

• Assist in training drivers, monitoring driver hours, and ensuring DOT compliance.
• Monitor and administer Drive-Cam System.
• Respond to farm catching and hauling issues and accidents.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Animal or Poultry Science or other related area of study preferred.
• Excellent technology, computer, math and analytical skills.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Current CDL, or ability to obtain license within 1 year required.

Physical Requirements

• Typical office environment within a truck shop setting.
