Koch Foods, Inc. seeks an experienced Live Haul Operations Assistant to support day-to-day management of live hauling activities in our Alabama operations.

You will train staff, enforce Animal Welfare policies, and supervise drivers to ensure safe driving practices and DOT compliance. The role requires a blend of leadership, technical skills, and a commitment to safety, with a 3rd shift schedule and a path to CDL if not already held.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor degree in Animal or Poultry Science or related area is preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience is required.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain within 1 year is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Current CDL, or ability to obtain license within 1 year required.

Physical Requirements

• Typical office environment within a truck shop setting.
