Qualifications

• Law degree from ABA-accredited school.

• Familiarity with Wisconsin Rules of Professional Conduct and court procedures.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with office software and e-research tools.
• Experience drafting complaints, pleadings, or motions.

Responsibilities

• Litigate disciplinary, medical incapacity, reinstatement, and related motions.
• Prepare and file post-discipline proceedings under supervision.
• Assist outside retained counsel as requested.
• Deliver talks or presentations to educate lawyers and the public.
