Job summary

College of Health Care Professions is seeking an Assistant LMRT Program Director to support the leadership and daily operations of the LMRT program. You will work closely with the Program Director and instructional staff to ensure academic quality and student success in classroom and blended learning environments.

The ideal candidate will bring passion for healthcare education, student development, and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for future healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Current LMRT license or RT license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years radiology-related work experience, teaching experience, or a combination thereof.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the LMRT program.
  • Assist with faculty supervision, evaluations, and training.
  • Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with accreditation and academic standards.
  • Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and engagement.
  • Support blended learning instruction in online and face-to-face environments.
  • Assist with reporting, compliance, and accreditation documentation.
  • Collaborate with the externship coordinator regarding site development and student progress.
  • Participate in student advising and orientation activities.
  • Assist with scheduling, lesson plan review, and program initiatives.
  • Provide classroom coverage and administrative support as needed.

The Assistant LMRT Program Director supports the leadership and daily operations of the Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) program.
