Technical Swing and Collaboration
  • May serve as a technical swing to support other departments—including Video, Carpentry, Props and Wardrobe—when additional coverage is needed.
  • Communicate effectively with department heads, Stage Management, and local crews to maintain smooth operations.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful backstage environment that supports safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Safety and Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and local safety standards.
  • Ensure all rigging, cabling, and power distribution systems are operated safely and securely.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of performers, crew, and venue staff.
Key Attributes
