Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to partner with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, hit occupancy targets, and serve as the on-floor point of contact when the Manager is absent. You’ll learn the full leasing and marketing playbook from day one and take ownership from the start.

The ideal candidate is a closer who analyzes markets, stays organized, coaches teammates, and communicates professionally. On-site availability is required, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; warm, professional and approachable.
• Working knowledge of property management software.
• Proficient with standard office and productivity applications.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Able to work on-site in the United States.

In this role you’ll partner with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to hit occupancy targets, keep the leasing floor sharp, and serve as the point of contact when the Manager is out. You’ll learn the full leasing and marketing playbook from the inside, with real ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do

Leasing & Sales

• Deliver standout tours, both in person and virtually, and hold the team to the same standard.
• Own daily lead follow-up and keep the CRM clean and current.
• Guide prospects through the application, approval and lease signing process.
• Audit leases and leasing activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Run the renewal campaign alongside the Manager.
• Track daily and weekly leasing performance and flag trends early.

Marketing

• Execute the property’s marketing and social calendar.
• Support outreach efforts and campus partnerships.
• Plan and run prospect, resident and team events.
• Shop the comps, track the market, and bring back what you learn.

Team Leadership

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the leasing team on shift.
• Train and coach new team members on process and brand standards.
• Build daily and weekly schedules and assignments alongside the Manager.
• Step in as acting lead when the Manager is unavailable.

Operations & Administration

• Keep the leasing office presentable, stocked and tour-ready.
• Maintain accurate resident files and reporting.
• Support the move-in and move-out process.
• Partner with the maintenance team on unit readiness and resident requests.

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in LV Collective’s training programs to sharpen your skills and stay aligned with company best practices.
• Keep leadership current on progress, roadblocks and wins.
• Contribute ideas that improve how the team works.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
