The role requires managing kitchen staff to deliver quality food on time and provide customers with a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include keeping temperature logs, coordinating prep lists, and ensuring items are fresh and properly stored.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising BOH staff and ensuring line duties are complete.
• Ability to maintain kitchen inventory and uphold safety standards.
• 1–5 years of server experience noted.
