Responsibilities

  • Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are maintained (via audits and expectations).
  • Train, coach, develop, and provide feedback to kitchen hosts.
  • Ensure guest service aligns with standards.
  • Follow practices to achieve sales, shrink, and profit goals.
  • Manage inventory to ensure quality and supply levels.
  • Operate according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain product quality standards.
  • Handle product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service.
  • Assist with kitchen scheduling.
  • Engage with guests to promote products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Read and understand information and directions.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and develop hosts.
  • Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and guest service skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Effective communication with management.
  • Computer skills.
  • Food Safety Manager Certification.
