Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and maintain uncompromising food quality during dinner rushes.

You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager, lead by example on the line, ensure safety standards, and keep inventory and prep lists organized. This role rewards leadership, teamwork, and a passion for great meals, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
