Job summary

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic Assistant Food Manager to lead our food program, supervise tasks, train coworkers, and resolve customer concerns. You will model outstanding service and help the team hit daily goals while merchandising effectively.

This role requires 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep, strong people skills, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts. Full-time 40 hours, 2nd shift.

Location: Kwik Trip 1207
Full Pay Range: $17.00to$22.26
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Food Manager

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift
