Job summary

Kwik Trip is hiring an Assistant Food Manager to support our food program. You will prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, and resolve customer complaints while upholding high standards of service.

The role requires 6 months of food experience including customer service and food prep, with 2nd shift availability. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Food Manager

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift
• Great people skills
• Enjoy a fast paced work environment
• Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly

• Maintain a clean and inviting store
