We are seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Assistant Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated childcare team. This role is ideal for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment, with prior experience within a Kids Club setting.

Essential Purpose

Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children aged two months to twelve years.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking of bookings.
• Work closely with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient team operations.
• Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
• Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies and updates.
• Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role, previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic, good time management, organizational and record‑keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Embraces core values.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms.
• Ability to access and operate company computer system.
• Ability to bend, lift more than 40 lbs.

NV Requirements

• Before being scheduled at time of hire: FBI fingerprints, negative TB test confirmation.
• Within 30 days of being hired: First Aid certification.

Hourly Pay Range: $14—$15 USD
