Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, coaching or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coaching or playing at high school/college levels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and pitcher development.

Responsibilities

• Support the greater athletic program at White Bear Lake Area High School.
• Develop pitchers and work with JV Head Coach and varsity staff.
• Help prepare athletes within the program's philosophy and expectations.

Position Summary:

White Bear Lake Baseball is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant JV Baseball Coach with a strong background in pitching instruction and pitcher development.

This coach will work closely with the JV Head Coach and varsity coaching staff to develop players within the overall philosophy and expectations of the White Bear Lake Baseball program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous high school, college, club, or competitive baseball coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics, pitcher development, arm care, and bullpen management
• College baseball playing experience, particularly as a pitcher, is a plus
• Ability to effectively teach and develop high school athletes
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively with coaches throughout the program

We are looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in player development and help prepare athletes for advancement within the White Bear Lake Baseball program.
