Job summary

The ideal candidate has a background in coaching at high school or higher levels, with knowledge of pitching mechanics, development, arm care, and bullpen management.

Qualifications

• Previous high school, college, club, or competitive baseball coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics, pitcher development, arm care, and bullpen management
• College baseball playing experience, particularly as a pitcher, is a plus
• Ability to effectively teach and develop high school athletes
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively with coaches throughout the program

Responsibilities

• Assist JV Head Coach and varsity staff in player development.
• Provide pitching instruction and pitcher development.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to implement program philosophy.
• Contribute to bullpen management and game-day planning.
• Support the greater Athletic Program at White Bear Lake Area High School.

Position Summary

White Bear Lake Baseball is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant JV Baseball Coach with a strong background in pitching instruction and pitcher development.

This coach will work closely with the JV Head Coach and varsity coaching staff to develop players within the overall philosophy and expectations of the White Bear Lake Baseball program.
