Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an Assistant Janitorial Site Supervisor in Denison, TX. You will oversee a cleaning crew, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with clients to deliver high-quality facility support services.
The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency with MS Office and the ATS timekeeping system.

The qualified candidate should be, energetic, and motivated with a seasoned able total facilities maintenance background to include use of chemicals and bio hazard spillage. This position require strong leadership capabilities.
The Assistant Site Supervisor must have proficient supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system.
Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills are a must. The Site Supervisor is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate. Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions. Must have the ability to field personnel, able to problem solve and proactively find solutions.
Some College preferred or one to two years of experience. OSHA training and other industry certification a plus.

10 percent travel overnight required for training, education and conferences.
This will be an Hourly Position, see below for wage range
Hourly Base: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Hours: Varying hours between 7 am - 6 pm. Full time 40 hours/week
