• Degree or coursework in interior design, or equivalent hands-on experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with furniture layout and space planning for residential projects
• Pull fabrics, finishes, and materials, and help prepare presentation boards for client meetings
• Support the design team with product research and sourcing
• Process purchase orders and track shipments through delivery and install
• Prepare client invoices and maintain accurate project budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, and trade partners on lead times and specifications
• Help maintain sample libraries, project files, and studio organization
• Assist in client meetings, site visits, and installs as needed to ensure accurate implementation of the design
