Our Assistant Innkeeper will help our Innkeeper oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Timberholm Inn to ensure the highest standards for guest experience including homemade breakfasts, clean rooms and common spaces, and a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, and knowledgeable in property rental and hospitality with a love of cooking or baking. A hands-on approach to all aspects of daily operations is a must. Our ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed and within reason. It is our expectation that our staff treats all guests as family. We strive to create an environment that feels more like home rather than a hotel - a warm meal, a smile at the door, and a cozy place to sleep and relax.
