• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom; support daily routines and hygiene.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and supervise children at all times.
• Manage classroom materials and contribute to a calm, positive environment.
• Maintain respectful relationships with parents and families; communicate classroom updates.
• Collaborate with teaching team and school leaders to ensure consistency.
• Uphold professional, team-oriented mindset at all times.
• Adhere to state licensing regulations and The Gardner School policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and commitment to ongoing training.
