Job summary

The Malvern School operated by BBNA in Princeton is hiring for a Full-Time childcare associate. No evenings or weekends, with paid training and opportunities to grow within our early education team.

You will supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, assist teachers, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom. High school diploma and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks–12 years.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
