Job summary

The Gardner School of Bucktown is hiring an Assistant Infant Teacher. You will support the Lead Teacher by implementing age-appropriate activities and helping children develop early learning skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Regular and reliable attendance; ability to lift up to ~60 lbs.
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.

• Provide nurturing guidance that supports emotional and behavioral development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom by supporting routines, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
