Overlake Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Golf Course Maintenance team as an Irrigation Technician or Assistant Superintendent in Training. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in landscape or golf course irrigation—or for someone with some golf course experience who is eager to start a long-term career in Golf Course Management.

This hands-on role focuses on all aspects of course maintenance, with an emphasis on irrigation system troubleshooting, repair, and optimization. You'll work closely with our experienced management team, gain exposure to high-level course operations, and receive mentorship and training that support your progression toward an Assistant Superintendent role—and ultimately, Golf Course Superintendent.
