Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator in Texas to support hydrovac operations, dig with high-pressure water and vacuum systems, and help uncover utilities on construction sites. You will work with a safety-focused team on essential infrastructure projects.

The role offers progression opportunities, a clear pay scale, and a supportive environment with strong training and safety programs. Must be able to perform physical work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating hydrovac equipment to dig and uncover utilities.
• Support safety practices and site procedures.

What We're Looking For:
