Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to assist in operating hydrovac equipment, using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig with precision and uncover utilities on various construction projects.

You will work as part of a safety‑minded crew with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement, including generous weekly pay and overtime, benefits, and retirement matching. The role is based in Texas with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CPR/First Aid and Fall Protection, plus OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac operation or related industrial experience preferred.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
