Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator. You will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for various construction projects. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour and will increase with experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
• Assist hydrovac operations to support construction projects safely.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team in a safety-focused environment.
• Work variable shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
