Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to assist with digging using high-pressure water and vacuum systems, identify utilities, and support construction projects. You should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in varying weather.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, flexibility to work shifts, and up to 25% travel. CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are preferred, and union wages and benefits are discussed with

• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Customer interaction and safety-focused teamwork are encouraged.
