Job summary

Five Below seeks an HR support professional for its Distribution Center. You will assist with hourly full-cycle recruiting, on-boarding, and payroll-related Kronos tasks, while maintaining HR files and answering benefits questions.

Responsibilities include safety, workers' compensation, background checks, and recognition programs, with collaboration across HR and the General Manager. Evening and overtime may be required in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to Distribution Center employees.
• Support hourly full cycle recruitment/interview/on-boarding process.
• Partner with Payroll to manage weekly time sheets and Kronos reporting.
• Manage Attendance and Recognition Program.
• Manage benefits open enrollment meetings with guidance of HR Manager.
• Process workers' compensation claims through third-party vendor.
• Prioritize safety for all associates through the safety program.
• Oversee background check process for the Distribution Center.
• Oversee DC access to Kronos.
• Maintain HR files and answer employee questions on benefits and policies.
• Assist with special projects and events for the HR team.
• Maintain building communications and track training efforts.
• Ensure timely paperwork processing and lobby area management.
