Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are clean, well maintained, and aligned with brand standards.

You will lead a team, train new staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with the Director of Housekeeping to drive guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous management experience required.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, room assignments, inspections, and workload distribution.
• Ensure rooms and areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Lead and train team; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Front Office to prioritize room readiness and guest requests.
• Support Director of Housekeeping and implement processes.
