Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our Doubletree Orlando Downtown hotel. The successful candidate will ensure cleanliness standards are met and support the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and adherence to brand quality standards.
  2. Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
  3. Support in training new associates to ensure high-quality service.
  4. Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and plan staffing requirements.
  5. Maintain inventory of supplies and cleaning materials.
  6. Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up on issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality management, preferably in housekeeping.
