About the role:
The Housekeeping Assistant Manager ensures our guest accommodation, and all areas front and back of house, are maintained in a spotless condition. They manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, establish and control cleaning schedules, and work closely with the Front Office to ensure guest accommodations are ready in a timely manner to Four Seasons standards. They assist Supervisors with training and supervising Housekeeping staff and take responsibility for the Department in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and motivated leader, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, along with solid business acumen and a passion for service. Strong training and supervisory skills are required, along with previous experience in a fast-paced managerial role within a Housekeeping department.

$78,000 - $80,000 annual salary
