Job summary

Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA, seeks a passionate Housekeeping leader to oversee and optimize the presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage housekeeping standards, inspections, and staffing in a luxury resort setting, driving quality assurance and operational excellence across all areas.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Housekeeping leadership in luxury hotels.
• Experience managing guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong knowledge of room inspection procedures, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance.
• Experience leading teams, managing productivity, labor planning, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, HotSOS, or similar hotel management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and support overall Housekeeping leadership to ensure impeccable presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Housekeeping leadership roles within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven experience managing guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong knowledge of room inspection procedures, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance.
