Qualifications

• Willingness to work with individuals with physical and mental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure training is current.
• Attend meetings and communicate changes to staff.
• Support individuals with physical and mental challenges to help them reach their potential.
• Step in as live-in house manager when needed.
• Communicate effectively with professionals, therapists, and family members.
