About The Role

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance throughout the year.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by conducting regular audits.
