This position offers a base pay of $55,000 per year. LAZ Parking is a leading parking company with a focus on growth through operational and financial excellence, especially within their Hospitality team, which specializes in hotel partnerships nationwide.

Position Overview

The Assistant Hospitality Manager supports the Hospitality Manager in overseeing financial, operational, safety, and service success at their hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct activities of staff to ensure safety, service, and operational standards.
  • Drive revenue growth, control expenses, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily meetings, support team development, and ensure safety initiatives are implemented.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and oversee project execution.
  • Handle claims, safety training, and ensure financial and operational compliance.
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality, parking, or hotel management is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
