Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary supervisory, leadership, or practice management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• State veterinary technician licensing (CVT) is preferred but not required.
• Deep familiarity with veterinary terminology, routine workflows, and client communication.
• Strong conflict-resolution and staff coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, OSHA standards, and AAHA accreditation guidelines.
• Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm that inspires others to put forth their best effort.

About This Role

Join our veterinary hospital as a full-time Assistant Manager and become a key leader in our practice! Education & Experience
