Job Summary The Assistant D.U.G. (Drive Up & Go) Manager supports the D.U.G. Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the online grocery pickup and delivery department. This position helps ensure exceptional customer service, order accuracy, operational efficiency, associate development, and department profitability. The Assistant D.U.G. Manager plays a critical role in delivering a convenient and seamless shopping experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence.

- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and within company service standards.

- Address customer questions, concerns, substitutions, and order issues promptly and professionally.

- Promote a safe working environment for associates and customers.
- Support department readiness for audits, reviews, and inspections.
- Ensure associates follow all food safety and operational guidelines.
