Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and interpersonal relations with the principal, athletic director, staff, participants and community.
• Cooperate with the building principal and athletic director to coordinate coaching activities.
• Develop rapport with coaching staff and organize coaching staff operations.
• Design and implement practice sessions with clear structure and goals.
• Attend league, conference and WVSSAC meetings and communicate outcomes.
• Motivate staff and players toward goals and enforce appropriate conduct during practices and games.
• Follow WVSSAC policies and complete required training and certification programs.
