Assistant High School Baseball Coach - Hitting Coach

The Assistant High School Baseball Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the baseball program, including planning and conducting practices, developing player skills, assisting with game preparation and strategy, and supervising student-athletes. The coach will provide hands-on instruction in baseball fundamentals, promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and accountability, and serve as a positive role model for players. Additional responsibilities include assisting with field and equipment preparation, offseason workouts, team activities, and maintaining a safe, positive, and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong baseball knowledge, excellent communication skills, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and school community.
