The Little Gym Roanoke is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Instructor to join our Serious Fun Crew! If you’re energetic, positive, creative, dependable, and love making kids smile, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

You’ll assist instructors with gym activities, help kids engage safely, and celebrate their achievements in a fun, supportive setting. Training is provided to learn our programs and become confident in the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children or childcare is a plus.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Love for kids and fun, positive energy.

No Gymnastics Experience? That’s Okay!

You don’t have to be a gymnastics expert to join our team! We provide training and coaching to help you learn our programs and become a confident Assistant Instructor.

• Experience working with children, childcare, teaching, gymnastics, dance, sports, or coaching is a plus—but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and love for kids are what matter most!

Schedule & Availability

PART-TIME SPLIT-SHIFT OPPORTUNITY

Looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to grow!

This is a part-time, split-shift position with opportunities to grow within the role based on your willingness to learn, develop your skills, and take on new responsibilities.

MORNING EVENING WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!

Our schedule includes a variety of shifts throughout the week, so flexibility and reliability are essential. We’re looking for someone who can adapt to different shifts, show up consistently, and be a dependable part of the team.
