Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic, high-energy leaders to join our Lafayette-area team. You will teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum, lead a team focused on exceptional member service, and drive growth for our programs and memberships.

Ideal candidates bring a background in working with children, strong customer service skills, and at least one year of management experience. Experience in dance, gymnastics, or sports is a plus, and a positive, fun-loving attitude is

Responsibilities

Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
Drive membership sales and program growth
Build strong relationships with families
Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events
