Job summary

The Little Gym of Summerville and West Ashley is seeking a Weekend Assistant Gym Director to help run operations, grow the member base, and deliver exceptional classes and customer experiences. This part-time role (approximately 15–20 hours per week) requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with some Friday evenings.

You will work closely with the Gym Director to lead a high-energy team in a kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and train in our curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (certifications are not required - we’ll teach you how)!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow The Little Gym team members.
• Collaborate with the Gym Director to lead a high performing team through training, development, and rewarding.
• Assist the Gym Director with day-to-day operations.
