The Mission of The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, Inc. is to advocate, provide opportunities, and support necessary for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be accepted and valued as citizens of the communities in which they choose to live, learn, work, and play.
We are currently seeking Assistant Group Home Managers who will be responsible for assisting the manager with the day-to-day operation of a community residence that supports individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities include teaching life skills, guiding personal and social development of residents, and managing individual habilitation plans. The Assistant Manager will also assist with staff scheduling and training coordination.
The schedule requires evenings and weekends.
