Job Description

We are currently seeking Assistant Group Home Managers who will be responsible for assisting the manager with the day-to-day operation of a community residence that supports individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include teaching life skills, guiding personal and social development of residents, and managing individual habilitation plans. The Assistant Manager will also assist with staff scheduling and training coordination.

The schedule requires evenings and weekends.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Previous experience in a Group Home setting
  • Flexibility to meet program needs

  • HS Diploma or GED
