As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you’re a key leader in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. You support the Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily operations across multiple departments—including Grocery, Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer—while helping to lead, train, and inspire your team. Whether you're managing inventory, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and attractively merchandised, or stepping in to lead the store in the absence of senior leadership, your role is essential to creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
• History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.

The hourly rate for this position is $28.36 per hour; starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity.
