Job summary

Stonecreek Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and elevate member experiences. You will help manage tee sheets, pace of play, and clubhouse logistics while working closely with the Head Golf Professional.

Qualifications include a Level one certification or greater, and 2 years of college or equivalent experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in this part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of golf operation in conjunction with Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify players, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees and charges.
• Monitor reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating golf operations staff.
