• Previous experience in a golf-related role or relevant education in golf management.

• Knowledge of golf equipment, rules, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the total golf operations in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, professional advice and assistance to all members and guests.
• Control and manage play; ensure guest check-in and coordination.
• Provide golf instruction and clinics that are consistent with instructional methods, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the display, inventory control, promotion, and sales of merchandise.
• Assist in managing tournaments, outings and weekly events.
• Assist to ensure that the golf course is properly marked for daily play and all club competitions.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
