Job summary

Stonecreek Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ, part of Arcis Golf, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to help manage daily golf operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will support the Head Golf Professional, supervise staff, and contribute to programs in tournaments, instruction, and golfer development while maintaining service excellence for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.

On The Job
