Qualifications

• PGA status or active associate in good standing enrolled in PGA PGM program.
• 1–2 years golf operations experience, preferably private club.
• Proficiency with Golf Genius and POS/tee sheet systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warm, personalized service.
• Manage daily tee sheet flow, member check-ins, guest tracking, cart fleet.
• Enforce policies, pace of play, etiquette across course and practice areas.
• Oversee shop openings/closes and related facilities.
• Coordinate member tournaments and club championships from setup to scoring.
• Use Golf Genius to build pairings, scorecards, and live scoring portals.
• Handle event communications, prize funds, and billing.
• Assist in golf shop retail, inventory, and product knowledge.
• Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs.
• Supervise support staff to ensure seamless service.
