Job summary

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a full-time Assistant Golf Professional. As an associate of Troon, you will support daily golf shop operations, process reservations, assist guests at check-in, and manage inventory and tee sheets using POS and Golf Genius software.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, knowledge of golf rules, and teamwork to enhance member and guest experiences. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf shop operations at private or semi-private clubs.
• Excellent customer service skills with members and guests.
• Familiar with POS systems and tee sheet software.
• Knowledge of golf rules and club operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green and cart fees and process in POS system.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases and take messages as needed.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable to the daily register.
• Manage and operate Association Play Day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
