Cabot-Managed Properties, including Serket Golf Club in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily operations, golf programs, and guest services.

Ideal candidates are passionate about golf, with strong customer service and at least 2 years in golf or hospitality. PGA membership or active enrollment is preferred, with duties spanning tee times, events, and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experienced and passionate about golf.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in golf and/or hospitality industry.
• PGA membership or active enrollment in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program.
• Ability to maneuver and park vehicles safely in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every guest interaction while promoting golf programs, activities, and services.
• Assist guests with tee times, course conditions, golf programs, and other golf-related inquiries.
• Meet sales, rental, and service performance expectations as directed by the Assistant or Head Golf Professional.
• Collaborate with the F&B and Guest Services teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop, including the sales floor, inventory, and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and selling golf shop merchandise and supplies.
• Support golf operations by assisting with special events and other departmental activities as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
• Teach individual golf lessons and conduct clinics as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
