Job summary

Cabot-Managed Properties is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Assistant Golf Professional at Serket Golf Club in Henderson, NV. The role supports the Head Golf Professional in daily operations, including golf, retail, and events, and reports to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a passion for golf, exceptional customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. PGA membership or enrollment is preferred, with opportunities to teach lessons and run clinics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Experienced and passionate about the game of golf.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; PGA membership or enrollment encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every guest interaction while promoting golf programs, activities, and services.
• Assist guests with tee times, course conditions, golf programs, and other golf-related inquiries.
• Meet sales, rental, and service performance expectations as directed by the Assistant or Head Golf Professional.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Guest Services teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop, including the sales floor, inventory, and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and selling golf shop merchandise and supplies.
• Support golf operations by assisting with special events and other departmental activities as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
• Teach individual golf lessons and conduct clinics as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
